At Melbourne Cleaning Supplies, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is faulty or does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact Our Support Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
